1099-G Update: By the end of January, New Yorkers who received unemployment benefits in 2023 will receive a copy of their 1099-G in the mail. You will also be able to view and print your 1099-G tax form on our website by mid-January. For more information about the form, visit our 1099-G webpage.
Notice of Eligibility for UI: Beginning November 13, 2023, NYS employers are required to inform qualifying employees of their right to apply for UI. Employers should complete Form IA 12.3 Record of Employment to provide this information. Learn more about the new law.
