MEDIA ADVISORY: NEW YORK STATE PYROTECHNICIAN EXAMINING BOARD MEETING

The Pyrotechnician Examining Board (PEB) will meet on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. PEB is responsible for making recommendations to the Commissioner of Labor with respect to examinations, experience, and competence of applicants, holding hearings prior to Commissioner's determination to suspend or revoke certificates or refuse renewal of certificates, and reporting findings and recommendations to the Commissioner with respect to such hearings.

This meeting will be held in-person and via video conference at the below locations. The PEB meeting will be recorded and posted on the New York State Department of Labor’s PEB Webpage.
